Tomorrow I’m preaching from Isaiah 11. It’s a sermon on seeing God at work, or rather NOT seeing God at work because the work of the Spirit is often done in a subterranean kind of way… under the radar.
It’s a challenge to preach for Advent because the scriptures are so well known. I want God to bring a fresh wind and fire to the text.
I’m nervous. Excited. And I think… I’m ready…
