We just spent a week in Colorado. I found a rental unit that was affordable AND had no internet, cell service or even broadcast TV. And yes, it has electricity and running water. 🙂

We hiked, slept in, enjoyed the BEST fresh-caught trout I’ve ever had at Mary’s Lake Lodge and generally enjoyed the peace a quiet.
