I’ve just returned from a weekend retreat. It was on a quiet spot on the Susquehanna River in northern Maryland. While I was tired and didn’t really like the 2+ hour to get there, it was a blessing to relax and be in the Presence of God.

It was a leadership group for a Walk to Emmaus weekend in the fall. I’m part of the team. We were at a friend’s home who graciously offered us a place to stay. 🙂
